PFDM will encourage younger generation of researchers presenting their recent research results. Thus, during the Symposium, members of the International Scientific Committee will evaluate each presentation, by each topic, to select the best set of presentations to decide on the “Best Presentation Awards for Young Researchers”. A presentation can have young and senior researchers (under 40 years of age), but the young researcher must be the first author and the one to present the presentation at the Symposium.
The Awarded Young Researchers (one per topic of the programme) will have a fully sponsored registration for the next Symposium.
The Awarded Young Researchers, keynote lecturers, invited lecturers and an additional presentation based on the evaluation by the ISC, will each be invited to submit a full paper related to their presentations to an international indexed journal, that, after approval, will be included in a special issue on the PFDM Symposium.
